She attributes the key to her success to the values her parents and in particular her father instilled in her combined with her strong Christian faith.

Phyllis has learned first-hand the importance of having a proper legacy plan in place. Upon her father’s death a robust portfolio of businesses were left in limbo without a clearly defined succession plan. Today, decades later the family is still working towards harmoniously preserving what her parents built.

Phyllis is very passionate about helping multi-generational families develop a sense of stewardship in respect of their assets and wants to raise awareness of the valuable legacy of family cohesion and sustainable family business continuity across generations. Phyllis believes this is the key to sustainable job creation, poverty alleviation and the enhancement of the economic well-being of communities. Her core strengths lie in succession and estate planning with strong focus in the Real Estate and Asset Management industry.

Phyllis believes her purpose is to ensure family legacies carry on through future generations. She draws her passion from her parents.
